New Christmas Painting
Another round of Paint Party Friday! I’m excited because I’ve been working hard on Christmas cards….seems kinda silly because Halloween is just around the corner. If you’re like me tho, you’ll need to get started asap or the Christmas cards won’t get sent out. My Christmas goal is to send out cards to family and friends. I think I’ll make up some ecards too.
This is probably my favorite Christmas painting, so far. I have a few sketches to paint yet, thank goodness there’s time. haha.
What about you? Do you send cards every year? Traditional cards or ecards?
This card is available in the 9th&Mayne Etsy Shop alone or in a set of 6.
For more fun, visit Paint Party Friday and all the wonderful artists….lots of talent over there!
Kristin, your Christmas painting is so beautiful. Your cards at Christmas must really amaze your recipients.
Loving your beautiful Christmas painting Kristin and am sure they will be a sell out. Happy PPF, Annette x

This is so adorable I love it!! As soon as I saw it I said aloud….” AWE!” I have made cards in the past. Some years I skip sending them because our postage can be expensive here in Canada! People I know I’ll see I just wish them a personal merry Christmas, unless I have made a special piece of artwork. One time I made a caricature of all my goddess friends as a card…well of course they needed to have one!! I am very random…sometimes I send an email letter with a piece of art attached that no one has seen!! I agree if you don’t start now you probably wont get it done in time. Good job!! Thanks for sharing your special work!

Very sweet card! I have made holiday cards for family and close friends. I think they are appreciated!
This is adorable! What a great card.
I used to do a personalized handmade card for the holidays, but then the year I got married in November my mother-in-law went to Kinko’s and had her bulging address book copied and sent it to me, and said (in her full Philadelphia accent) “I’ve been telling everyone about those lovely little cards you make. This is going to save me so much time this year.”
I shut the card making operation down that minute.
Sweet and charming, with a wonderful Christmas spirit ! <3
Charming, too cute!
This is lovely work Kristin! I may have to add to this to my list of favorite goods from your shop =-)
A lovely and sweet card!
