Snow Ice Cream Recipe

I was catching up on some of my favorite blogs when I came across Ice Cream made from Snow (Saving 4 Six)….seriously?! Yeah, for reals! For years, I’ve been telling my kids NOT to eat snow because it might be dirty and now I’m using snow to make something edible? I’m so cool!

Recipe:

• 10 cups Snow (more or less depending on how soft or firm you want it)
• 1 can Sweetened Condesned Milk
• 1 tsp Vanilla

Stir all ingredients until it forms Ice Cream. Eazy Peazy!

A really large pic, in case you wanted to see it up close. ha! I was surprised it tasted so good and that it really turns into ice cream. I know, it doesn’t take much to impress me.
